    Village of Town Center is an established community that includes
    six (6) sections with a total of 634 lots.

    Sharing a Fence Line: General Rule: If you share a fence line with your neighbor, it is considered a shared fence. The costs of repairing or replacing should be shared. The back fence of your property may face a road. You, the homeowner, are solely responsible for the repair or replacement of that fence. The front fence of your property may face a road. You, the homeowner, are solely responsible for the repair or replacement of that fence. Work with your neighbors and be a part of the clean up/repair process. If you do not know where your property lines are, please check out the following: In your closing/purchasing papers, you should have a copy of the property survey. If you do not, you may hire a surveying company to do a new survey for a minimum of $300.
